Teenage girl dies of snakebite

Baniyani, Jhapa, Aug 31 (RSS) A teenage girl died of snakebite at Kachanakawal Rural Municipality-2 in Jhapa on Thursday. Puja, 14-year-old daughter of local resident Til Bahadur Bhattarai, was bitten by a cobra while sleeping in house, said the police. Puja, an eighth grader at local Pathariya Secondary School, died on the way to a hospital.
